The removable cover is the part I keep telling people about. You just unzip it, toss it in the wash, and the foam insert stays clean underneath. Such a simple thing but my last one didn't have that.
Really happy with this. It's comfortable and the leather cover looks nice in the car interior.
the memory foam actually contours to your neck instead of just sitting there like a hard lump esp in long drives it makes a real difference, my neck isn't as stiff when I get out.
The leather on this feels way softer than I expected, not stiff or crinkly at all. It warms up quickly once you're leaning against it and doesn't get that cold clammy feeling in winter.

the strap attachment is pretty secure and adjustable, which I appreciated. I have it on the passenger seat headrest for when I'm getting driven somewhere and it doesn't budge or tilt sideways.

told my coworker to grab one of these because she was nervous the cover would look cheap and plasticky. She texted me after it arrived saying the leather looks way nicer than expected and feels soft too.
