At Nurneys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be simple and clear. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in unused and unworn condition;
- Be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact;
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or that are missing original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a refund, or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase;
- Items returned outside the 30-day window;
- Items returned without prior authorization from our team.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@nurneys.com with the following information:
- Your order number;
- The item or items you wish to return;
- A brief reason for the return;
- If applicable, clear photos of the item (for damaged or incorrect items).
One of our team members will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Nurneys covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason not caused by Nurneys: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking or processing fees. As long as the return meets the conditions above, you will receive a full refund of the item price.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability. When you reach out at info@nurneys.com, mention that you would like an exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.
If the replacement item costs more than the original, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@nurneys.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and cover all return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nurneys.com. We can usually cancel an order if it has not yet entered processing. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process described above after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the timeframes indicated above:
- First, check your bank account again;
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Next, contact your bank, as processing time may vary;
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nurneys.com.
