At Nurneys, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer. Our shipping process is designed to be clear, efficient, and dependable. All orders are shipped free of charge within the United States.
Currency
All prices on our Site are displayed and processed in USD ($). Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order required. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included). We also ship to PO Boxes and to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are reviewed, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your order is expected to arrive within the following timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
- Total delivery time (processing + shipping): 6 to 11 business days.
Delivery times exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take a few additional business days.
Order Tracking
A tracking email is sent as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time. You can also track your order at any time from our Track your order page.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nurneys.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and clear photos of the damage if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at info@nurneys.com. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, the address can no longer be modified.
Possible Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or customs inspections. Should a delay affect your order, we will keep you informed and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address in accordance with U.S. state regulations. The exact amount, if any, is displayed before you confirm your order.
