What we do
Nurneys is an online store for home décor, lighting, and accessories shipped across the United States. We keep the catalog small on purpose, with pieces we would actually put in our own homes rather than the endless wall of nearly identical products you find on bigger sites.
If a product does not earn its place next to the rest of the selection, it does not get listed.
How we work
We focus on three things and try to do them well:
- Curation that respects your time, with a focused catalog instead of an overwhelming one
- Transparency on prices, shipping windows, and return conditions, with no surprises at checkout
- Service that picks up the phone, with a real person on the other end Monday through Friday
What you can expect
Every order ships free across the United States, with tracking included. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything that doesn't work out, with no restocking fees and free return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return.
