Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum required. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Total delivery time is usually 6 to 11 business days. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), and shipping takes 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery may take slightly longer during holidays or peak periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery in real time. You can also track your order from our Track your order page at any time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses within the United States. Delivery times to military addresses may take a few additional business days.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nurneys.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a few photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nurneys.com. Once the order has entered processing or has shipped, modifications may not be possible.
I never received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us at info@nurneys.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend it.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
We are not able to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been placed. We recommend placing a separate order for any additional items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely in USD.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology and processed by certified payment providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with U.S. state regulations. The exact amount, if any, is shown before you confirm the order.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team at info@nurneys.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees. As long as your return meets our policy conditions, you receive a full refund of the item price.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. When contacting us about a return, indicate that you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or product, and we will arrange the swap once we receive the original item.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping address, and view your order history more easily.
How do I reset my account password?
Click on the Account icon at the top of the page, then select Forgot password. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password within a few minutes.
How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it once and you will be removed from our mailing list immediately. You can also contact us at info@nurneys.com if you would like us to unsubscribe you manually.
