Bought this after wanting to try making my own ground beef for years. It delivers consistent results and the different plates give me options depending on what I'm cooking. Wish I had done this sooner.
The blade alignment with the plates is really well matched on this one. The grind comes out clean and even rather than smeared, which tells me the tolerances are good. For anyone who grinds their own meat regularly, that kind of consistency makes a real difference in the final texture.
What I noticed right away is that it comes with multiple plate sizes, so I can do a coarse grind for burgers and then switch to a finer plate for things like pate or blended sausage mix. Having that flexibility in one kit is genuinely useful and I use all the plates depending on what I'm making.
I was worried the sausage tubes would be flimsy plastic that cracks after a couple of uses, because that's happened to me before with cheaper kits. These feel thick and well made, they've held up fine and I've used them quite a few times now. Really glad this one came with quality attachments instead of junk extras 🎉.
Very pleased with this. The whole kit felt complete right out of the box and grinding has been smooth every session.
told my friend to get one after she complained that her old grinder always left the meat kind of mushy instead of properly ground. She picked this up and called me a week later saying the grind texture is so much cleaner than what she was used to. Both of us are really happy with how it performs.
