honestly didn't expect much but it's been great since I got it. the leather cover feels nicer than I expected at this price and the foam is actually supportive, not just squishy padding that does nothing 💪.

the memory foam contours right to the back of my neck, not just a flat cushion pushing forward. you can actually feel it adjusting to your shape which makes a real difference on longer trips.
I was a little skeptical about the PU leather because I thought it would get sweaty and uncomfortable in warm weather. honestly it's been fine, doesn't trap heat the way I expected and easy to wipe down too.
there's a real difference between the support this gives versus just leaning your head back on a bare headrest. my neck isn't stiff anymore after driving for a few hours, which used to be a regular thing for me.
