Very pleased with this. It handles the glass thoroughly and the remote makes the whole process feel effortless.
I was skeptical about using a remote with something like this because I figured it would be laggy and what if its gonna fall on its own but thankfully it responds immediately and changing direction is simple, even my mum figured it out without me explaining it twice.
What I actually like is the spray system built into it. You fill it up, it mists the glass as it moves, and you get a proper wet clean rather than just a dry wipe. Makes a real difference on windows that have not been cleaned in a while.

its suction power is no joke, you can hear the difference compared to weaker models. it grips onto the glass and does not budge unless you tell it to, which makes cleaning the outside of upper floor windows feel a lot less nerve-wracking
recommended this to one of my airbnb guests since they and she was worried about it leaving streaks. suprisingly she messaged me a week later saying her windows look better than they ever did when she cleaned them by hand, so that concern went out the window pretty fast!
