This 6 quart thermoelectric cooler uses a Peltier effect module rather than a compressor system. The unit operates on 12V DC and is compatible with 24V vehicle systems through its integrated inverter configuration. Dual-Mode Vehicle Operation
The unit connects to a standard Type C 12V vehicle outlet and functions through direct DC power input. Electrical current passes through the thermoelectric module, transferring heat from the interior chamber to the external heat sink during cooling mode, or reversing flow during warming mode. The system does not use refrigerant and requires no compressor oil circulation. Adjustable temperature control allows selection between cooling and warming modes during vehicle operation.
Cabin-Ready Setup and Storage
Installation is freestanding and requires no mounting hardware. External dimensions measure 15 × 11 × 8.0 in, allowing placement in passenger footwells, cargo areas, or RV storage compartments. Internal storage dimensions measure 8.1 × 5.3 × 8.1 in and accommodate up to nine 12 oz cans. The integrated carry strap supports transport between vehicle and destination without disassembly.
