What I keep coming back to is the no ice needed part actually being true. You freeze your fruit or liquid beforehand and it handles the rest. It is a different process than I expected but once you get it, the results are so much better than dumping a bag of ice in and hoping for the best.
noticed right away that the presets are labeled clearly and the controls are really straightforward. picked it up and figured it out without reading anything. the frozen drinks it makes have that thick, smooth slushie texture that is hard to get at home with a regular blender.
