I've had a few of these over the years and the tanks always leaked or dripped when you tried to fill them. this one feels properly sealed and solid, no mess on the counter when I'm prepping it. just works the way it should.
Really happy with this. My carpets look noticeably fresher and I've only had it a short while.

the steam heat does something to carpet fibers that just spraying cold water never did for me. Stains that I had basically accepted as permanent lifted on the first or second pass. I've used it on carpet, a fabric footstool, and the car mat so far.
The hot and cold modes are something I actually switch between depending on what I'm dealing with. Hot steam for older set-in stains, cold for fresher spills. Having that choice makes a real difference instead of just blasting everything the same way.

The steam and suction combo on this is something I wasn't expecting to work so well together. Previous ones I used either steamed OR sucked up water, never both in a way that actually cleaned deep. This handles both without feeling underpowered.
