Not disappointed at all. Picks up a lot more than you'd expect and the carpets dry without feeling overly wet 💪.
I've used it several times now and it still performs just as well as the first time. Really consistent results and simple to maintain after each use.
Filling the clean tank and emptying the dirty one is so easy.. For something you're going to use repeatedly, this is the right choice of a cleaning companion hehe
I was worried the suction wouldn't be strong enough to actually extract the water back out, since that's been my problem with cheaper machines. But this pulls the dirty water out really well, the carpet isn't left soaking wet, and it dries in a reasonable amount of time.

After using it on a stain that had been there a while, I could genuinely see the color difference in the extraction water compared to what I put in. The dual tank design makes that visible in a way that's actually really satisfying. Carpet looked noticeably cleaner and wasn't soggy after.
Compact, effective, and way easier to use than I expected. Would recommend it to anyone with carpeted rooms.
Simple to use and cleans surprisingly well for the size of it.
The portability really does matter here. I've carried it up to the second floor, moved it between rooms, done a patch by the front door and then taken it straight to the bedroom without it being a whole ordeal. It's the kind of thing that actually gets used because getting it out isn't a chore.
