Honestly better than expected. The strap holds it firmly in place and the foam feels quality. Would recommend to anyone who spends a lot of time driving.

Nice quality and very comfortable on longer journeys. The leather gives it a clean look that doesn't feel out of place in the car at all.
noticed right away that the foam has a slight curve to it that follows the natural shape of your neck. it's not flat like a regular cushion, there's actual thought put into the shape and it shows when you're sitting in it.
Very pleased with this. It sits securely on the headrest and the support is exactly what I was hoping for on my commute.
I was worried the strap wouldn't fit my headrest posts since they're kind of wide apart, but the adjustment range on this is generous and it fit perfectly. Snug, no movement, exactly what I needed for long drives.

the memory foam on this is surprisingly firm in a good way. I've had ones that just flatten out after a bit of use and stop giving any real neck support, this one still feels the same as when I first put it in the car.
