the base is sturdy and doesn't slide around on my counter while it's running. I've had processors that basically walked across the counter and this one stays put. Also the controls are simple, two speeds, easy to figure out immediately.

honestly the motor on this thing is way more solid than my previous one. my old processor used to overheat after a few minutes and just stop. this one keeps going through a whole batch of hummus or salsa without any drama.

I told my friend about this after she complained that her old processor either went too fast and pulverized everything or had no control at all. She picked this up and texted me saying the two speed settings are actually really useful, slow for coarser chops and fast for finer work. She loves it.
