My last shaved ice machine would leave big chunks no matter what I did. This one actually produces properly fine, fluffy ice every single time. The stainless blades make such a difference compared to whatever cheap plastic thing I was using before.
What I really noticed is how smooth the ice comes out. The stainless blades shave it into this really light, almost powdery texture rather than the crunchy crushed stuff you get from some machines. Makes a huge difference when you add syrup because it actually absorbs instead of sliding off.
told my friend to get one of these because she was convinced it would take up too much counter space. She ended up ordering it and texted me saying it fits perfectly on her small kitchen shelf. We both use ours constantly now.

Something I appreciate is how easy it is to rinse out. The blades and bowl don't have a ton of crevices where ice or syrup can get stuck, so cleanup after using it is pretty quick. I hate when kitchen gadgets take longer to clean than to use.
I was a little worried about the capacity being enough for more than one person, but the 1L bowl actually holds a solid amount. Made a big batch for my kids and had plenty to go around without refilling constantly.
