ok so I've gone through two of these from other brands and both times the expander base was useless, just popped out constantly. this one actually grips the cup holder and stays put no matter how bumpy the road gets.
The adjustable expander base is what makes this work for my car. My cup holders are a weird size and nothing ever fits right, but this one expanded just enough to sit firm and flat without forcing it.

It sits at a height that actually makes sense. My drinks don't feel like they're going to tip, and the tray part is wide enough to hold a large cup plus have a little extra space on the side.
The 360 rotation is genuinely useful. I can swing it toward the passenger or angle it back toward me depending on what I'm grabbing. It moves smoothly but doesn't flop around on its own.
Told my coworker to grab one of these after I got mine. She was worried the rotation would feel loose and spinny, like it wouldn't hold position. She texted me saying it clicks into place and stays exactly where she sets it.
