after a while you find yourself reaching for it constantly. dried snacks have become a bit of a habit in this house.
the adjustable temperature is genuinely useful. I use a lower setting for herbs and a higher one for meat and it makes a real difference in the end result. nice that it actually gives you that control rather than just one fixed setting.

the trays are easy to pull out and stack back in. I can load everything up, set the temperature, and just leave it. checking on it is simple because the trays slide out cleanly without things falling off.

honestly just been using it and it works great. five trays is plenty of space and the temperature holds steady the whole time. no complaints from me.
